Yuval Bar-Gil — Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bar-Gil brings a wealth of business experience to the company. Prior to co-founding AeroScout, Mr. Bar-Gil was a consultant at Bain & Company (London, San Francisco). At Bain he advised LBO funds on investments in a variety of industries and developed business strategies for market leaders in several high technology industries.

Earlier, Mr. Bar-Gil worked as part of a team at Elisra Electronic Systems that developed and marketed high-end electronic systems. Mr. Bar-Gil holds Bachelors degrees (Hons.) in Accounting and Law from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas L. Cronan III — Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cronan has over twenty years of management experience with publicly traded and privately held technology companies. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Cronan served as the senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Redback Networks Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company. At Redback, he led the company through a period of sustained revenue growth and, ultimately, the sale of Redback in 2007 to Ericsson for $2.1 billion. Mr. Cronan has also served as the CFO at ooma, Inc., and led the finance organization at enCommerce, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cronan served as in-house legal counsel for high technology companies such as IBM and OpenTV, and as Special Counsel in the Technology Licensing group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Mr. Cronan holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School and a B.S. from Muhlenberg College.

Daniel Aljadeff — Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Aljadeff joined AeroScout in 2001 and served as SVP R&D from 2002 until 2007, and brought a wealth of experience in the development of a wide variety of positioning and digital communication systems. Prior to joining AeroScout, he was co-General Manager and VP R&D of WaveLinks, he oversaw the development of spread spectrum location and distance measurement technology in the ISM band. At Tadiran, he led a large development team to implement a vehicle location system that is used extensively today throughout the US and Israel. In addition, Mr. Aljadeff has completed a variety of projects in the fields of digital communication, video & signal processing and radar signal analysis.

Mr. Aljadeff holds several patents and earned a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Israel, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.

Janet Chaffin — Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Ms. Chaffin brings 20 years of enterprise technology sales experience to the AeroScout team, with particular strength in supply chain and manufacturing software sales. She joins AeroScout from Velosel, a leading supplier of Product Information Management solutions, which serve as a foundation for consumer goods RFID tracking. Prior to Velosel, Ms. Chaffin was general manager of the Electronics PLM Unit at Cadence Design Systems, where she was responsible for R&D, marketing, operations and business development. Prior positions include leading sales and marketing efforts for SpinCircuit (acquired by Cadence in 2002) and serving as vice president of worldwide sales for both Vigilance, Inc (now SSA) and Domain Manufacturing Corp. (formerly BBN Software Products).

Ms. Chaffin received a master's degree in electrical engineering with honors from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with high honors from Michigan State University.

Gabi Daniely — Vice President, Marketing and Product Strategy

Mr. Daniely brings extensive experience in product marketing and management to the AeroScout team, and has led the company's entry into the RFID and WLAN location product markets. Prior to joining AeroScout, he led the Product Management of Emblaze Systems, which supplies multimedia solutions to the cellular industry. He has also worked in IT Systems Management at Intel. Mr. Daniely has managed software and hardware products in a variety of fields including manufacturing, cellular and location based solutions, and has run the implementation and rollout of large-scale international professional services projects for cellular carriers. He earned a BSc (Hons.) in Information Systems & Industrial Engineering, and an MBA, from Ben Gurion University, Israel.

Amit Larom — Vice President, Professional Services

Amit Larom has over 10 years of experience in management roles, engineering and professional services. Prior to joining AeroScout, Mr. Larom was VP of Services & Support at Minerva, a provider of carrier-class infrastructure for the delivery of television and video services over broadband IP networks. Larom was VP of Global Technical support for Blue Pumpkin, a provider of Workforce Optimization Application Suites. While at Blue Pumpkin Larom worked with over 1000 customers and support partners worldwide. His efforts refocused the company on customer service and increased the organization's technical support efficiencies. Larom also served as Senior Director of Engineering with Blue Pumpkin. In this role he established new processes that resulted in tighter collaboration between engineering, support and the company's customer base.

Beni Tzur — Vice President, Operations

Mr. Beni Tzur brings over 20 years of experience in production, operations, product management and integration environments at startups and well-established companies. Most recently he was the VP Operations of Power Paper, a multidisciplinary company that developed and manufactured printed flexible thin batteries which powered RFID labels, cosmetics patches and Novelties. Beni lead the mass production quality lines worldwide at the Far East, Europe, US and Israel. Prior to that, he was the VP of operations and manufacturing at Congruency, a developer of enterprise VOIP telephones, which recently merged to form Telrad Connegy. He was also the VP of operations at Dmatek, a leading provider of wireless monitoring systems. In addition, he managed a manufacturing plant of Madge (previously Lannet), which produced a wide range of Ethernet products, including switches, hubs and monitors. He holds a B.Sc. in electronic engineering from the Technion: Israel Institute of Technology and M.Sc. in industry and management from Ben Gurion University.

Baruch Yoeli — Vice President, Research and Development

Mr. Yoeli has over 13 years of experience in management of software research and development projects in various industries. Prior to joining AeroScout, he served as a VP of R&D for Global Digital Health that developed a medical informatics technology platform used in a mega-multiyear clinical study done in west Africa; Earlier Mr. Yoeli was VP of software development for Fundtech, a leading provider of software solutions and services for the banking industry that facilitates payments, settlements and cash management. Before joining Fundtech, he worked for several software companies including Cimatron and Onyx interactive.
Mr. Yoeli holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics (Dual Magna Cum Laude), from Tel- Aviv University in Israel.
